Participants in this workshop, were the KJC/KPC ICT officers, regional ICT officers of Kosovo courts and prosecutor’s office, as well as the BPU officers and the training team of Ferizaj region.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce best practices and standards for the provision of and management of ICT services, which should be implemented in Kosovo Courts and Prosecutor’s Offices.On this occasion, the draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Networks, Systems and Databases have been presented.
Participants were informed regarding the importance of implementing the ICT SOPs in the Judiciary of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as advantages, facilitation and their implementation necessity of the ICT/CMIS Project.
Necessary trainings will be conducted for ICT Officers during the following period of the project, which is related to the practical implementation of abovementioned practices and standards.
