The Criminal records unit is professional administrative unit within the Secretariat and is responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the KJC and the Secretariat pertaining to the scope of this unit. Between this unit and courts all activities for the progress of work are coordinated.

The unit maintains all records in the case management system.

According to requirements and legal and regulatory framework, the unit provides the information required to all institutions. The unit, based on its scope, helps in preparation of legislation.

The Criminal records unit is headed by Acting Unit Coordinator Mr. Blerim Batatina.
