The Joint services unit is responsible for the implementation of all policies and decisions approved by KJC and Secretariat. Based on the necessary requirements of KJC and courts, the unit organizes and plans logistics infrastructure of the buildings of the courts, transport vehicles, physical security, etc.

The unit prepares the plans with regard to the activities for performing the duties for its scope of activities in terms of infrastructure and supplies.

Between KJC and courts the unit interacts the activities which fall under its scope of activities.

The Joint services unit is led by Mr. Muhamet Kurtishaj.
