The budget and finance unit is responsible for implementation of all policies and decisions approved by KJC and Secretariat. This unit plans, manages and executes the budget for KJC, Secretariat, Court performance review unit and the Office for disciplinary counsel.

In terms of planning, management and execution of the courts budget , said unit prepares analytical reports and gives professional advices to KJC, Secretariat and courts regarding its scope of activity.

The same does the management of courts assets under the guidelines of Ministry of Finance, respectively of Treasure and under the guidelines, decisions of KJC, respectively of Secretariat. It implements the Strategic plans pertaining to the budget and finance issues.

The budget and finance unit is led by acting unit Coordinator Mr. Ilaz Papaj.
