About Committee Members Decisions Reports Plans

The Budget and Finance Committee prepares and recommends policies for budget development, review and management at the Kosovo Judicial Council.

According to its Rules of Procedure, the Committee has the authority to conduct the following:

  • draft and approve Annual Work Plan, and report to the Council where appropriate
  • review proposed budget, budget requirements and make recommendations to the Council on budget requirements
  • prepare and recommend to the Council human resource management policies
  • at the request of the Council, address any other issues related to budget and personnel.
