The Legal issues, analysis and research unit is responsible for implementation of policies and decision of KJC and Secretariat, and also supervises its implementation in the courts. KJC provides legal support in drafting the secondary legislation and strategic documents as well.

In compliance with EU legislation the unit ensures legislation reconciliation of KJC and following up the implementation of decisions and regulations of KJC.

As a result of research and developed analysis, the same gives adequate suggestions and follows up the experience of international practices of the judicial field.
