Prishtina, 18.01.2021 – The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), Skender Çoçaj, together with the incumbent Minister, Selim Selimi and the KPC Chair, Bahri Hyseni, presented the Draft Strategy for the Rule of Law, which originates from the Rule of Law Functional Review process.
The KJC Chair, Skender Çoçaj, said that this process manages to address a considerable number of issues faced by the judicial system in Kosovo.
“This is a very important process for the justice system, the functional review of justice aims to draft a strategy for reforming the justice system by addressing the key problems faced by the justice system,” said Çoçaj.
Mr. Çoçaj said that the KJC pledges to address all comments and suggestions regarding the judiciary, in order to achieve performance and accountability in the KJC.
