Through the implementation of this function in the courts, the KJC has achieved high standards in the transparency of the work in court, removing the manual method of case assignment, since the assignment of cases to judges is now automatically done and the system or the responsible official has no possibility of interfering with the case assignment, thus eliminating the possibility of manipulating the case assignment process.

Implementation of the automatic case assignment through CMIS system will soon begin in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
