Kosovo Judicial Council successfully completed foreseen activities for the implementation of the CMIS system for the first semi-annual of 2019

Within the engagement of the Kosovo Judicial Council to implement the Case Management Informative System (CMIS) in all courts of Kosovo, KJC presents statistics data over the achieved results on the implementation of the CMIS for courts and usage level from the judges in solving cases through the system. Statistics are presented below in two graphics which include the report of the first semi-annual of 2019 of the CMIS Project.

In the graphic below it is presented the progress of completed cases through CMIS from judges for Criminal Cases. Data presented below contain statistics for all regions (Ferizaj, Gjakova, Gjilan, Peja, Prizren, Prishtina and Mitrovica) of the first semi-annual of 2019. Since trainings on CMIS use for the region of Pristina and Mitrovica began on March 2019 data on graphic will be shown starting from April 2019, because judges began to solve cases through CMIS since April.

Whereas in the graphic below it is presented the progress of completed cases through CMIS from judges for Civil Cases only for the regions of Ferizaj, Gjilan, Prizren, Gjakovë and Peja, this is due to the fact that in the region of Prishtina and Mitrovica it is planned that CMIS for civil cases will be implemented in the second half of 2019.
Kosovo Judicial Council aims to fully implement CMIS for Criminal and Civil cases by the end of 2019, in order to achieve 100% completion of cases by judges using the system in all basic courts and their branches.
