The Court of Appeal, on 05 August 2015, held the meeting of judges’ collegium of the Court of Appeal for selection of a Kosovo Judicial Council member. This process was developed in accordance with the Regulation on Election of Judicial Council members.
In this process there were two candidates as participants nominated from among the judges of the Court of Appeal, and with majority votes of judges of said Court was elected judge Makifete Saliukaj..
The mandate of a Kosovo Judicial Council is five years.
