Pristina, 14.12.2020 – The Chair of the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), Skender Çoçaj and Chief Executive of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA), Avni Ahmeti, signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between the KJC and KCA.
The purpose of this Memorandum is establishment of cooperation between the parties for Access to the Registry of Immovable Property Rights through e-services.
Chair Çoçaj, said that signing of this memorandum is very important for Kosovo courts as it provides access to data on cadastral units and per person, for official purposes only which shall be treated confidentially.
On the other hand, Chief Executive said that KCA will be committed in performing of the obligations arising from this Memorandum of Cooperation, in order for this mutual cooperation to result in the facilitation of courts’ work.
