Pristina, 16 January 2020 – The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) Chair, Skender Çoçaj, hosted a meeting with representatives of the Civil Code Project, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Prishtina, Haxhi Gashi, and the Project Expert, Jadranka Vojinovic.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the activities and planning of the Project for 2020, as well as to organize trainings through the Academy of Justice, especially regarding the issue of innovation brought by the draft Civil Code.
Chair, Çoçaj, expressed his readiness to continue cooperation, stressing that this Project is important for strengthening the rule of law in Kosovo.
