Pristina, 16 December 2019 – Publication of judgements helps the judicial system to be more transparent and accountable to citizens. Based on the applicable law, all final judgements must be published, thus this increase of the number of published judgements indicates that the courts are committed and are working towards the publication of judgements.
During November, the Basic Court of Mitrovica published the greatest number of judgments in comparison with other courts, in total of
