We would like to inform you that the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Kosovo Judicial Council, together with the British Embassy, will organize a two-day workshop at the Sirius Hotel on December 3 and 4, 2019 on the topic: “Money laundering / asset repair”.
Therefore, we invite you to participate in the opening of this workshop, which begins tomorrow, December 3, 2019, at 09:00, in which case there will be e short presentation by:
– Nicholas Abbott, British Ambassador to Kosovo;
– Bahri Hyseni, Chairman, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and;
– Skender Çocaj, Chairman, Kosovo Judicial Council.
The lecturer that will be present at the workshop is Mr. Michael Hopmeier, a judge at Southwark Crown Court, United Kingdom, who will discuss the challenges of investigating economic crime, regulating and preventing money laundering, the seizure regime in Kosovo and other seizure-related topics.
