Disciplinary Committee within the powers and responsibilities is responsible for:
Upon receipt of the final report by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, schedules preparatory work session of the Committee, which reviews the report and findings arising from it;
Takes decision to initiate disciplinary proceedings;
Sets the session of the Committee, inform the judge of the final report of ODC, with a call attached (date, time, location and notification of the right of defense in person by his or her attorney) for holding, respectively, the presence at the main hearing;
In the main hearing are heard the parties such as ODC, the judge, against whom a disciplinary procedure has been initiated and his eventual defender;
In the hearing for consulting and voting, after the review and evaluation of all the evidence and the evidence arising from the session of the main review, issues a decision with a right of appeal which settles disciplinary sanction according to circumstances, level of responsibility and the consequences of misbehavior;
The Committee, within its powers, sends to the council a recommendation in the written form for removal of a judge;
The Committee, in the cases where does not find that a judge has committed misconduct, releases the same from disciplinary responsibility;
The Disciplinary Committee consists of three (3) members.

- Nenad Lazic, Judge at the Court of Appeal – President;
- Manushe Karaqi, Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo – member;
- Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Basic Court in Prizren – member;
- Armend Berisha, Judge at the Basic Court in Peja – Reserve member;
- Aferdita Bytyçi, President of the Basic Court in Pristina – Advisor.
