Summary:
Kosovo Judicial Council selected International Management Group – IMG to provide administrative and financial management for the implementation of the ICT/CMIS (Case Management Information System) Project, which is financed by the Government of Norway Ref: KOS/0001-13.
Description of the Contract:
The subject of this contract is: the supply and installation of various equipment (ICT and non-ICT) for the purpose of the establishment of the Data Centre at the Palace of Justice, and further the upgrade of the LAN/ WAN Network of the judiciary in Kosovo within the scope of the ongoing implementation of the ICT/CMIS Project in the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Kosovo Prosecutor Council (KPC). The contract as well foresees various preparatory activities such as construction works, electrical and mechanical installation for the establishment of the new Data Centre, supply of ICT equipment, PCs, UPSs etc.
For the Establishment of the Data Centre and upgrade of the LAN/ WAN network of the Judiciary in Kosovo IMG hereby is seeking offers from professionalised IT Companies that fulfill the following criteria:
• Economic and financial capacity requirements of the Tenderer:
a. The Financial turnover for the last three years 2013, 2014 and 2015 must be more than two (2) million EURO (for Consortium the Leader/ per each year).
b. The Tenderer (or Tenderer who is the leader of the Consortium) needs to be registered as an IT Company as primary business in the Republic of Kosovo or in any of the EEA member states countries (EU countries including Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein).
• Technical and Professional capacity requirements of the Tenderer:
The Tenderer shall have evidence of having implemented successfully similar Projects in the field of ICT in the last 5 years:
c. Minimum one (1) referenced Project in designing, establishing and implementing similar ICT complex Data Centres in the Republic of Kosovo or in any of the EEA member states countries (EU countries including Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein) with the value of minimum 500,000 EUR.
d. Minimum one (1) referenced similar Project in upgrading existing complex computer networks (LAN/WAN) in the Republic of Kosovo or in any of the EEA member states countries (EU countries including Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein) with the value of minimum 100,000 EUR.
