Representatives of Judicial Councils of Member states of Balkan Network and Euro – Mediterranean of Judicial Councils , along with the works of the 10th Conference held in  Tirana, discussed and having approval of majority of countries agreed that Republic of Kosovo, respectively the Kosovo Judicial Council be recognized in this body  with full rights.

Otherwise, upon recognition of Kosovo Judicial Council, Mr. Peci signed the Network Chart and in his speech, in front of participants, emphasized that “recognition of Kosovo in this body presents a very important act of Kosovo Judicial Council in the field of foreign relations with other Councils and hopes after this the cooperation will become deeper and deeper with other Councils on the basis of the issues and problems which are more or less similar for all the countries respectively Judicial councils.

The Balkan Network and Euro-Mediterranean of Judicial Councils consists of Judicial Councils from Italy, Hungary, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Moldavia and Turkey.
